Shipping & Handling
At Vanessa Bell, we offer complimentary shipping within Australia and a flat rate of AUD $50 on international orders. Timeless Merino knitwear, delivered with care.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@vanessa-bell.com.
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to errors in the address provided. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, your original order will be refunded (excluding any applicable return costs), and you will be invited to place your order again.
Australian Deliveries
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express at no cost to you.
Most metropolitan areas can expect delivery within 1–3 business days, while regional or remote addresses may take slightly longer.
Tracking is provided for all parcels, and you will be notified once your order is on its way. If you're not home to sign for delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.
International Deliveries
All international orders are shipped with a flat rate of $50 via Australia Post International.
Delivery timeframes vary by destination but typically range from 7–14 business days. You will receive full tracking details via email once your order has shipped.
Customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Your local customs office may contact you before delivery to arrange payment of any applicable fees.
Returns & Refunds
At Vanessa Bell, we take great pride in the quality of our knitwear and the care we extend to each customer. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.
Return Policy
We offer a 28-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be:

Returns must be shipped within 28 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact info@vanessa-bell.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vanessa-bell.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced and pre-order items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Sale items are final and not eligible for return.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days of delivery and received in original condition, with all tags attached. For the fastest turnaround, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. Your return will be processed once received and verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@vanessa-bell.com.
Note: As shipping within Australia is complimentary, no delivery fees are deducted from your refund. The flat rate shipping cost of $50 applies to countries outside of Australia.
Store Credit
If preferred, we can issue a store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

European Union Orders
Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
Responsibility During Return Shipping
Vanessa Bell is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please retain proof of postage and use a tracked shipping service for all returns.
